摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 基础设施与经济增长的关系错综复杂。一方面，基础设施是社会生产与人民 生活的基础性条件，它的建设状况直接关系到经济的增长水平，另一方面，经济 的快速增长也要求有与之相适应的基础设施建设，所以，研究基础设施建设与经 济的协调发展关系具有非常现实的意义。 本文首先对基础设施的概念、特征及基础设施的运作模式进行了综述，并系 统论述了基础设施投资对经济增长的作用；其次对江西省基础设施投资总量规 模、投资结构等方面进行分析，总结出江西省目前基础设施所存在的主要问题； 然后通过建立基础设施与经济增长水平的指标体系，对现有的基础设施和经济增 长水平评价模型进行了完善，并且利用完善后的模型计算系统协调度，协调发展 度，系统协调发展趋势等指数，进而分析江西省2001年—_2006年基础设施和 经济增长的一系列度量函数和指数。最终，根据计算的结果，提出了江西省基础 设施与经济增长逐年协调，但是基础设施水平仍落后于经济增长水平的结论，并 对江西省基础设施的发展和完善提供了可行的建议。 关键词：基础设施；经济增长；协调发展 n AbstractABSTRACT Abstract ABSTRACT The infrastructure construction has complicated relationship with economic growth．On the one hand，the construction of infrastructure，which is a basic condition of social production and people’S living,is directly related to the level of economic growth；on the other hand，rapid economic growth also requires corresponding construction of infrastructure．Therefore，it is of practical significance to study the relationship between infrastructure construction and ezonomic growth． This essay fh-stly gives a general introduction of basic theories，features and operation mode of infrastructure as well as a systematic illustration of the impact of infrastructure investment on economic growth．Secondly,the total scale and structure of infrastructure investment ale analyzed and the main problems of current infrastructure in Jiangxi Province are summarized．Through establishing a new index system of infrastructure and economic growth,the current evaluation model of infrastructure and economic growth is improved and a series of indexes of infrastructure and economic growth in Jianxi in 2001-2006 ale analyzed by using the improved model，coordination index，coordination development index and the system coordination trend index．Finally,according to the calculation results,a conclusion is drawn that the infrastructure and economic growth in Jiangxi coordinates gradually, but infrastructure construction now still falls behind the economic growth level． Viable suggestions of how to develop and imp
