摘要 摘 要 A Abstract I I PAGE PAGE IV 江西省教育厅自 2011 年开始，在国家汉办的委托下招收汉语志愿者，截至 2013 年，已有 69 名江西省汉语志愿者前往泰国支教。本文通过对近三年江西省 派出的三批共 69 名赴泰汉语志愿者进行现状调查，并对每一种现状情况进行总 结，罗列出志愿者在泰国所存在的方方面面问题。然后针对这些存在的问题，思 考出现问题的原因。最后根据出现的问题和原因，提出相关建议，希望对今后的 江西省赴泰汉语志愿者项目有所帮助。 第一部分是绪论部分，阐述了本文的选题缘由，研究的目的和意义，本课题 相关的研究现状，本文的研究思路及方法，本文的创新之处。 第二部分是对江西省赴泰汉语志愿者现状的调查，分别从志愿者在泰国的生 活、心理、社会交往情况，志愿者任教学校的汉语课程情况，志愿者任教学校的 汉语教材使用情况，志愿者教师在汉语教学中教学对策及课堂管理的情况，泰国 学校和泰方老师对志愿者教师及汉语的态度，泰国学生学习中文的情况进行调 查。并且对每一种调查情况进行了总结，分析了志愿者在泰国存在的各方面问题。 第三部分是对志愿者所存在问题的原因进行思考，找出了问题出现的两个 重要原因——汉语志愿者选拔考试的不足和汉语志愿者培训项目的不足。 第四部分是对存在的问题以及原因提出建议，希望对日后江西省赴泰汉语志 愿者项目有所帮助。 全文对江西省 2011 年至 2013 年赴泰汉语教师志愿者的现状调查，指出志愿 者们在泰国的真实情况，分析出志愿者们存在的问题，并对问题进行原因的思考， 以及提出了相关的建议。让大家可以全面、客观的了解江西省赴泰汉语志愿者项 目的全貌。 关键词：江西省赴泰汉语志愿者；现状调查；启示 Since 2011,Jiangxi Province department of education under the entrust of hanban to recruit volunteers,by 2013,69 volunteers in Jiangxi Province to be a teacher in Thailand. This article through to the Jiangxi Province sent nearly three years in three batches of 69 Chinese volunteers to the Thai present situation investigation.And summarize each kind of present situation,list of all aspects of the problem.Then aiming at these problems,thinking about the causes.Finally according to the problems and reasons,propound related suggestions,hope for helping the Chinese volunteer program of Jiangxi Province in the future.
