华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract After twenty-year high-speed development， Architecture industry has been an important supporting-industry in the national economic performance. In 2006， the productive value of whole national architecture industry was 6% of the national GDP， was the highest ratio in the past 50year. And architecture industry all along just paid more attention to the productive value ， regardless to some uncertain factors such as environmental pollution ， resource and energy consumption. Currently ， “Green” architecture industry is the necessary request to the “Green” GDP， saving-society， recycle-economy and human-based society. So the study on the assessment system of “Green GDP” for the architecture industry is imperative. Comparison method was selected in this paper. Firstly， paper analyzed the national and overseas research profiles on the “Green GDP”， and introduced environmental factor and assessment system for the “Green GDP” in detail. Then paper presented the assessment method and shortcomings for the “traditional GDP” ， it referred that assessment system for “traditional GDP” was not suitable to the high-speed economy development. Finally， paper confirmed the definiteness and concrete assessment method to the “Green GDP”. It indicated that application of assessment system for the “Green GDP” in the present-day economy was inevitable. The third paragraph in this paper studied the assessment system for the “Green GDP”， confirmed the main component and basic frame to the “Green GDP” assessment and then introduced the substance-assessment and value-assessment to the environmental economy. Combination with characteristics of architecture industry ， this paper established the assessment system of “Green GDP” for the architecture industry. “Green GDP” for the architecture industry was that， “traditional GDP” deducted the natural resource consumption cost and environmental protection cost.
