西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 建筑业绿色供应链构建及其供应商选择研究 专 业：工业工程 硕士生：张海洋 导 师：仇国芳 教授 摘要 随着房地产进入“白银时代”，房地产粗放型的增长模式已经终结，这对建 筑业有巨大影响，整个建筑业的利润也逐步降低，市场竞争更加激烈，建筑业的 发展进入新常态，给其发展模式带来了新的挑战和契机。与此同时，人们环保意 识的觉醒以及建筑施工过程对环境和生态的破坏，使得将环保观念引入到建筑供 应链中变得迫不及待。绿色供应链的提出为建筑业的发展指明了新方向，使其能 够有效整合外部资源，实现建筑业经济效益、环境效益和社会效益的最大化。因 此，绿色供应链模式成为我国建筑业发展的趋势，特别是在当今大量建设时期， 其实施更为重要。 本文首先对绿色供应链和建筑供应链的发展进行研究，在此基础上，给出了 建筑业绿色供应链的内涵，并分析了其特点。其次，对实施建筑业绿色供应链的 可行性和必要性进行阐述，并运用博弈理论对其运行环境中的利益相关者进行了 定量分析。再次，在建筑业绿色供应链增值理论指导下，分别设计了详细的物流、 资金流、信息流和知识流模型，基于此，集成为综合模型。最后，在阐述绿色供 应商选择重要性的基础后，结合建筑业绿色供应链的特点构建了绿色供应商选择 指标体系。通过比较不同方法的优缺点，确立了基于粗糙集的绿色供应商综合评 价方法，并以某建筑单位为实证研究对象，验证了绿色供应商综合评价方法的有 效性和可行性。 关键词：建筑业；绿色供应链；博弈论；绿色供应商 Study on the Building of the Construction Green Supply Chain and the Selection of Its Suppliers Specialty: Industrial Engineering Name: Zhang Haiyang Instructor: prof.
