华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 华中科技大学硕士学位论文 摘要 近年来，随着社会主义市场经济的逐步建立，建设规模的逐渐扩大，建筑队伍也 急剧膨胀，大批未经过安全教育培训的人员，尤其是来自农村和边远地区的大量农民 工，补充到建筑队伍中来。他们文化素质低下，安全技术知识匮乏，安全意识淡薄， 这就使他们往往成为伤亡事故和职业危害的主要受害者。伤亡事故统计资料显示，伤 亡事故中农民占很大的比例。伤亡事故给个人、家庭、企业、国家都带来了无法弥补 的损失，还给社会安定带来不利的影响。因此，加强对农民工的教育培训I工作，就变 得迫在眉睫、刻不容缓了。 本文通过对我国建筑业农民工和建筑安全生产现状的概述，对工程事故致因理论 的分析，得出安全教育与培训是安全生产工作的关键一环，其主要内容包括：安全思 想教育、安全知识教育、安全技能教育，安全法制教育等等。抓好安全教育，要从企 业领导到安全管理人员，到一般操作人员，实行全员安全教育。可以采取多种安全教 育形式，增强农民工的安全技能和法律意识。通过实例验证了加强建筑业安全教育培 训和安全生产管理，可以提高管理人员、作业人员的安全意识、安全技术和操作技能， 杜绝违章指挥、违章作业，从而大大减少伤亡事故的发生。只有加强教育培训和安全 生产管理才能提高各级管理人员和广大职工的安全素质和安全意识、丰富安全知识， 从根本上改善安全状况，从而体现“以人为本，关爱生命”的理念，保证安全生产顺 利进行。 关键词：建筑业 农民工安全生产安全教育培训伤亡事故 华中科技大学硕士学位论文Abstract 华中科技大学硕士学位论文 Abstract With the step—by-step formation of socialist market economy，the step—by-step extension of construction scale，the number of construction teams increases qmcMy，a lot of personnel who have not been trained and educated on safety,especially a large number of migrant rural laborers who come from the countryside and remote areas are replenished into the construction teams．They have low cultural diathesis，也ey lack safety technical knowledge，and their safety sense iS thin，these reasons usually make them become the major victims ofaccidents and the vocational dangers．It is indicated in the statistic data on injuries and deaths accidents that the scale of migrant raral laborers in the accidents is very large．These accidents have caused huge loss for individuals，families，enterprises and OLn country，and this also brings unfavorable on the social stability．Therefore，it is urgent to strengthen the training education for migrant rural laborers． The article through the analysis current station of the migrant rural laborers and safety production,we can see safety education and training is the pivotal link to safety production， which include safety ideology education，safety knowledge education，safety skill education，safety legal system education and SO on．In order to do the safety education well， we must imple
