摘要摘 摘要 摘 要 当前，江西随着工业化、城市化的快速发展以及人口的不断增长，现有的 资源供给和环境承载能力已经无法满足传统模式下经济的高速发展要求。因此， 大力发展循环经济，走兼顾发展经济，节约资源和保护环境的可持续发展道路， 以统筹经济、社会、环境协调发展，是江西经济发展的必然选择。本文以分析 现实、阐发理论、服务实践为运思方向，以比较与分析、归纳与演绎相结合为 研究方法，从循环经济的由来入手，对循环经济概念进行科学界定，进而分析 了循环经济的原则、特征及实践层次。 (1)循环经济是物质闭环流动型经济的简称，本质上是一种生态经济，通过 模仿生态系统的构造，削减进入经济系统的资源能源的同时，打造经济系统中 资源一产品一再生资源的物质循环流动的闭合回路，从系统内部挖掘资源，通 过对不可利用的废弃物进行无害化处理，使得物质顺畅地重新进入生态系统之 中。 (2)“减量化、再利用、再循环’’是循环经济的三大原则。根据这三个原则 的实践顺序，以及物质在经济系统中的流动历程，循环经济的实践层次为：一是 在企业实施清洁生产；二是在企业间促进工业生态群落耦合；三是建立社会静脉 产业。本文还运用主流经济学、制度经济学、生态经济学、社会学等多学科的 相关理论对循环经济进行了理论分析。同时，本文在实证研究的基础上提出：发 展循环经济有利于江西克服资源瓶颈；有利于环境质量的逐步改善；有利于科学 发展观的实现；也有利于“三农”问题的解决。因此，发展循环经济是江西实 现可持续发展的必由之路。 (3)文章以江西铜业为实证研究，对其循环经济发展模式与效果进行分析， 探讨可以借鉴的经验和进一步完善需要解决的问题。文章最后认为，江西发展 循环经济在借鉴发达国家成功经验的同时，必须因地制宜，积极探索适合江西 的循环经济模式，建立工业循环经济为主体的区域循环经济体系；同时，在制 度层面上，建立循环经济制度体系，从而推动循环经济的蓬勃发展。 关键词：循环经济，生态经济，新型工业化，江西铜业 Abstract Abstract AB STRACT At preset，晰th the fast development of the industrialization and urbanization and the increasing growth of the population in Jiangxi province，the current resources and environment cannot meet the need of high-speed development of the economy under traditional mode Therefore，devoting major efforts to developing circular economy which gives equal consideration to social development，resource-saving，and environmental protection，aiming at a harmonious development of economy,society, and environment must be an inevitable choice for the province The logical arrangement of this thesis is from analyzing the phenomena in reality to elucidating concerning theories，and to serving practice．Study methods of comparison and analysis，induction and deduction are combined together Beginning from the origin of circular economy,the fundamental concept of it has been defined and the principles，traits，and different levels in application are analyzed．Our major ideas are as follows： First,circular economy is the brief name for the material close·loop dynamic economy which is essentially a11 eco-economy．It advocates the following practice：b
