摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 在经济的发展过程中，经济结构与能源消费相辅相成，经济结构的升级能拉 动能源消费结构优化，反之，能源消费结构的优化也影响着经济的增长。经济发 展以能源消耗为基础，不同时期的经济发展时期，存在着与其对应的经济结构和 能源消费结构。 我省在从工业化初期向工业化中期的转型过程中，产业结构经历了多个阶段 的调整，能源的消费结构也与之协调发展，并不断地合理化。本文立足于前人的 研究，首先对我省经济结构与能源消费现状分别进行分析，总结改革开放以来我 省经济结构发展趋势及特点，并从供需关系、消费结构、四大部门能源消费现状 与能源强度四个方面深入分析能源消费现状；接着运用迪氏因素分解法对江西省 1990-2012 年的能源消费增量分解为由产业产值变动引起的规模效应、产业结构 变动引起的结构效应、产业能源利用率变动引起的效率效应，结果表明 1990- 2012 年规模效应的持续增长是导致我省产业能源消费总量快速增长的主要原 因，而效率效应则是制约我省产业能源消费总量攀升的重要因素。同时，在产业 规模迅速扩大的现状得到有效控制的基础之下，抑制江西省产业能源消耗总量过 快增大的有效途径是优化产业结构与提高能源利用率；接下来构建基于能源消费 约束下的经济结构发展优化模型以及社会经济和环境协调发展下的江西省能源 消费结构优化模型；最后根据以上结论对江西能源消费结构调整提出了几点建 议，认为要实现经济结构变动与能源消费协调发展，需要不断优化能源消费结构， 降低煤炭消费比重，加大天然气等新型能源的支持力度。同时合理调整经济结构， 通过引进新技术，开发新设备，培植新热点，加快产业结构服务化进程，引导重 工业健康发展。再次，通过技术创新和产业集成，发展循环经济，提高能源的利 用效率，逐步淘汰落后产能。最后，大力发展能源产业，将能源的开发利用与保 护再生二者统一，合理配置与利用能源，不断提高单位能源的经济效益。 关键词：能源消费，经济结构，协调发展，江西省 I AB ABSTRACT ABSTRACT In the process of economic development, economic structure and energy consumption complement each other, upgrade the economic structure can pull energy consumption structure optimization, on the contrary, optimize energy consumption structure can also affects economic growth. Economic development has been based on energy consumption, every different economic development period corresponding to the existence of its economic structure and energy consumption structure. Jiangxi Province is transforming from the early industrialization to the mid-industrialization term, the economic structure has experienced four stage of adjustment and the energy consumption has also change with it which means constantly been rationalized.
