Research on the Process Post-Evaluation of Cost Control in the Architectural Decoration Project Author: Tan fangbo Supervisor：Wang wenyin ABSTRACT The control in architectural decoration project cost can not only reduce the cost and improve the efficiency, but also can create certain social value. The paper considers the subsystem which is a combination of the benefit post-evaluation. It is seldom on the research which combines the benefit post-evaluation with process post-evaluation of this kind project. In association with a practical example in architectural decoration project, the cost control of the process post-evaluation was discussed on the basis of the further understanding the related theory of benefit post-evaluation and process post-evaluation. The study gave a brief review of domestic and foreign research, combined with the characteristics of architectural decoration project, and discussed in detail about cost control and process post-evaluation in project post-evaluation. What’s more it made a specific definition and content of the cost control of process post-evaluation in architectural decoration project. In accordance with the factors of cost control in each stage of the project, it took process post-evaluation of cost control about exhibition hall decoration engineering project for example to established an evaluation index system and evaluation criteria of process post-evaluation in project cost control. In order to improve the scientific of this paper, in combination with Delphi method which has the advantage of expert experience, it applied qualitative and quantitative methods of AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to process post-evaluation of cost control in exhibition hall decoration engineering project successfully. And it made a comparative analysis on index weight of process post-evaluation and the evaluation conclusion. Through analysis of the summarized experience, it proposed countermeasures on the problems occurred in the project.
