摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 医药制造业是一个知识与技术密集型的高技术产业，也是一个关系着国计 民生的特殊产业。江西省人民政府先后将生物医药产业定义为我省战略性新兴 产业，将中成药和生物制药产业定为江西省六大支柱产业之一，不断加大对其 科技创新扶持力度。在医药制造业迎来新的机遇和挑战的背景下，如何提高江 西省医药制造业产业竞争力，实现其可持续快速发展，已经成为需要引起江西 省各级人士高度重视并深入研究的重要课题。 本文在对国内外医药制造业和产业竞争力研究理论及评价方法相关文献研 究的基础上，对我国及江西省医药制造业的发展现状进行分析；结合比较优势 与竞争优势双重理论，根据两者侧重点的不同：比较优势侧重的是区域内不同 行业之间的比较，而竞争优势侧重的是区域间同一行业间的比较，分别建立了 江西省医药制造业省域竞争力评价指标体系和区域竞争力评价指标体系；通过 运用因子分析方法对江西省 36 个工业行业的竞争力进行评价，明确医药制造业 在江西省的比较优势，运用因子分析和聚类分析的方法对全国 19 个医药制造业 分布的主要省市进行区域间竞争力评价，并进行归类，明确江西省医药制造业 在全国的竞争优势；文章最后根据评价结果提出了提高江西省医药制造业竞争 力的相关对策与建议。 关键词：医药制造业；竞争力评价；因子分析；聚类分析 I Abst Abstract Abstract Medical and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is a knowledge and technology-intensive high-tech industry, is also a special industry which has relationship with the peoples livelihood. Peoples government of Jiangxi province has defined the bio-pharmaceutical industry as one of the strategic emerging industries, and the Chinese medicine and bio-pharmaceutical industry as one of the six pillar industries of Jiangxi successively, and continually increasing its efforts to support its scientific and technological innovation. Under the background of the new opportunities and challenges the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry ushering, how to improve the competitiveness of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of Jiangxi, so as to achieve its sustainable and rapid development, has become an important issue that needs people at all levels of Jiangxi to attach great importance to and do in-depth study. Based on relevant literature on theory research and evaluation methods researches of the pharmaceutical industry and industrial competitiveness, development status of the pharmaceutical industry of our country and Jiangxi province are analyzed; combining the dual theory of comparative advantage and competitive advantage, based on both different emphases that the comparative advantage is more focused on comparisons among different industries of the same area and the competitive advantage
