AbstractGinger(Zingiber Abstract Ginger(Zingiber Officinale Rose)is only kind of old-line flavoring traditional Chinese medicine.Besides the active such Zingiberen and gingerol,it has proteins, saecharides,vitamins and elements.Ginger is regarded economic vegetable which is nutritious,flavoring and functional.The thesis is about the extraction and purification of gm‘ger essential oil aiming acquiring ginger product with hJ曲-content Zingiberen.SDE,supercritical fluid C02 extraction and Silica gel Column Chromatogram Purification were used.High。quality products were acquired with micro-encapsulation technology.For getting safety and hi曲ly purified ginger essential oil.the various procedure effects the extraction and purification were studied procedure parameters were acquired.The result is: 1.The methods of quantity-determination and quality-determination Zingiberen with GC and GC/MS wele established.97 of the 127 compounds in.separating ginger essential oil were identified wim GC/MS. 2.The differences of two extraction methods were studied.The parameters having effect SDE include particle’s diameter,whether immersed and added salt,distillation time and teml∞rature material water ratio.Taking the ginger powder without salt and immersion material,by orthogonal experiment,the optimistic combination is:the diameter of ginger powder 0.3mm,extraction time 4h,material water ratio 1:50.The of Zingibemn reached 20195#1/1.At the meantime, SFE technology was studied,the parameters particle’s diameter,the pressure,temperature and time of extractiou,Taking the ginger powder of 0.3ram“material,by orthogona[experiment,regarding the extraction the index,the optimistic combination is:extraction time 80rain,extraction temperature 354C,and extraction pressure 15MPa.The reached 1.97%;regarding Zingiberen the index,the optimistic combination is:extraction temperature 30。C,extraction time 60min,and extraction pressure 25MPa.The concentration reachedl0560,ul/1.The conclusion was drawn gin
