现代药物与临床 Drugs Clinic 第 27 卷 第 3 期 2012 年 5 月 • 257 • 浅析中成药治疗儿童骨病的临床合理应用 * 高 颖，房德敏 ，周永梅，潘雪梅 天津医院 药剂科，天津 300211 摘 要：儿童处于特殊的生理期，骨科疾病多发，但是临床上缺少专门的骨科儿童用药，儿童经常使用成人药物，导致发生 不良反应。探析骨科中成药的用药特点，根据《中成药临床应用指导原则》，将骨科儿童用药总结为“重特点、重适量、重 避险、重种类、重给药、重短用”6 点。结合儿童骨科疾病就医用药的特殊性，就骨科中成药的儿童使用原则进行剖析，为 临床上最大程度地避免或减少不良反应的发生、获得最佳疗效提供参考。认为儿童使用骨科中成药应在保证有效性和安全性 的前提下，充分衡量风险和收益，制定合理的用药方案。 关键词：儿童骨病；中成药；不良反应；合理用药 中图分类号：R287.5 ；R982 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1674 - 5515(2012)03 - 0257 - 05 Superficial analysis on rational clinical application of Chinese patent medicines for pediatric orthopedic diseases GAO Ying, FANG De-min, ZHOU Yong-mei, PAN Xue-mei Pharmacy Department, Tianjin Hospital, Tianjin 300211, China Abstract: Orthopedic diseases tend to be present in their special physiological stage of children. Due to being lack of the special orthopedics drugs for children, adult medicines are usually used for children instead in clinic, and often cause the side effects. By exploring the drug administration, the characteristics of Chinese patent medicines (CPM) and according to the Guiding Principles for Clinical Application of CPM, six important characteristics of rational clinical application of CPM in pediatric orthopedics diseases are summarized: special physiology, suitable dosage, avoiding adverse reaction, suitable species, suitable methods of administration, and avoiding long administration time. We analyzed and explored the medicine administration by combining with the particularity of pediatric orthopedic diseases so as to avoid the adverse reaction and provide the medication reference for the best effect in clinic. CPM in orthopedics’ department should ensure the effectiveness and safety under the premise of full assessment on the risks and benefits and develop a reasonable regimen.
