≈伊铥778950 ≈伊 铥778950 四川大学硕士学位论文 结合智能决策支持的ERP生产控制系统研究与实现 诗舞梳软侔与理论专监 研究生王琦 指导教师张洪传教授 摘要 本文飘计算祝技术籁企鼗信息纯建设的角浚介绍了企业资源计触系统 (ERP)豹基本理论，劳缝合当蔻智8§售爨按拳对ERP生产控露l系缝SFC(Shop Floor Contr01)做了深入的分析研究，同时提出了一个结合智能决策支持的 ERP生产控制系统的模型。作为本课题的研究应用，本文结合医药行业生产控 制管理的特点，将该模垄运用予菜大鍪箭药公司的ERP生产羧铡系统的设计实 现之中，并取缮了嶷好款效果。 随着UML和面向对象分析和开发工具的成熟，本文缭出了UML在ERP的生 产控制系统的完整的开发实例，并使用Power Builder 8．0和Sybase Adaptive Enterprise Server 11．5数攒库实现了设计中的主要鼗务，完成了生产调度、 生产过程篱理、统诗分橱莓主凝功熊。 本文内容包括：ERP的发展与基本理论、智能决策支持技术与理论研究、 ERP生产控制系统的研究及系统模型的建立、基于制药行业的结合智能决策支 持的ERP生产控制系统的设计与实现。 关键谰：ERP、SFC、智能计算、决策支持 四川大学硕士学位论文The 四川大学硕士学位论文 The Research and Realization of Shop Floor Control System with InteHigent Decision Support Technology in ERP System Major：Computer Software＆theory Postgraduate：Wang Qi Supervisor：Prof．Zhang Hongwei Abstract： This paper introduced the basic theories of ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning) from the angle of enterprise information technology and the Shop Floor Conffol System with intelligent decision support technology is profound researched．On a basis of theories mentioned above，a theoretical model of Shop Floor Control System is provided and successful applied tO an ERP’S Shop Floor Control System in a large pharmaceutical company，As a result，the management level and efficiency of this company is increasingly grown． Along with evolution of UML and maturation of OOA and OOD tools，a whole UMUs application example in Shop Floor Control subsystem of ERP is provided and the core business processes of shop floor scheduling，production process management and SO on are implemented using Power Builder 8．0 and Sybase Adaptive Enterprise Server 11．5 database． The contents include：the development and basic theories of ERP,the research of intelligent decision support theories and technology,the research of Shop Floor Control system and theoretical model about it，the design and realization of Shop Control System with intelfigent decision support technology． Key words：ERP、SFC、Intelligent Calculation、Decision Support Ⅱ 四
