金科公司经营者薪酬激励方案研究摘要 金科公司经营者薪酬激励方案研究 摘要 工商管理专业周立军 指导老师马新建东南大学 本文以解决金科公司经营者激励存在的现实问题为目标，采用理论与实践相结合 的方法分析了年薪制以及期权在国有企业中的运用。本文首先对文章中出现的经营 者、薪酬、激励的概念作了统一的界定，并充分阐述了薪酬水平的决定因素以及建立 经营者激励机制应遵循的原则。其次，本文详细论述了中外学者关于年薪制、股票期 权的理论实践的研究情况以及我国在这两方面的实践，充分吸收了学者对年薪制的不 同角度的研究成果并成为我们采取年薪制作为经营者激励主要内容的依据；同时描述 了Hamid·Mebram关于股票期权的模型分析，并且着重论述了我国实施股票期权还不够 成熟的四个方面，这也是本文没有把股权激励作为经营者长期激励的原因所在。随后， 本文论述了金科公司经营者目前激励现状以及存在的不足，对经营者激励方案进行了 重新设计，不仅考虑了短期激励。更主要的是提供了经营者的长期激励，同时对经营 者进行了有效的约束。最后，文章总结了经营者激励方案的执行情况并指出了方案中 有待进一步改进的地方。全文力将激励理论、激励思想与金科公司经营者激励具体实 践相结合，为国有企业经营者激励做出富有成效的探索与研究。 关键词：经营者薪酬激励 Research Research of Entrepreneur Salary Inspiration of Jinke Ltd Abstract ZHOU Li-jan In order to settle the problem occurred in JINKE LTD during activation for proprietors，this article analyzes the exertion of yearly—pay-salary and option in stale·owned enterprise by integrated theory with practice．First of all，the article defines the concept for proprietor，salary and stimulation，then illustrates the determinant for the salary and the prineiple which should be abided by during construction for stimulation mechanism．Secondly，this article elaborates that scholars from China and Foreign countries make researches for yearly-pay-salary and stock option by theory and practice，and our practice towards two aspects．This article is based on the fruitful harvest of research from China and foreign schoIa塔。and describes model analysis of Hamid‘Mebram．What’s more，it puts emphasis upon four immature aspects to implement stock option in China,SO we don’t regard stock stimulation as long period encouragement．Later。We dissertate JINKE company’S existing circumstance and shortcoming for stimulation at present．Taking not only short period but also long period encouragement into consideration,we design new stimulation，which has effective obligation to the proprietors．Finally，the article summarizes the execution of stimulation project and points out what should be improved．This article does efficient research and exploration for stimu
