md 2008届毕业生 毕业论文 题 目: 河南省中小型制造企业ERP系统实施现状调查 院系名称： 管理学院 专业班级：电子商务0602班 学生姓名： 付 俊 玲 学 号： 20062320221 指导教师： 赵 亮 教师职称： 副 教 授 2008 摘 要 随着我国经济的高速增长，中小型制造业取得了空前的发展，与此同时中小企业对信息化的需求也在不断提高。然而相当一部分中小型制造企业信息化程度不高，迫切需要借助先进的科技手段，通过引进现代管理理念，对落后的经营方式、僵化的组织结构、低效的管理流程等进行深刻的变革。 本文以研究河南省中小型制造企业ERP系统实施现状为课题，首先对文中涉及的ERP的基本概念做了界定，进而指出了目前国内制造业实施ERP系统的意义。接着介绍了河南省中小型制造企业的现状，为随后的整体效果评价的研究奠定了基础。最后，论述了河南省中小型制造企业ERP系统实施的影响因素。并在此基础上结合河南省中小型制造企业的特点，提出有效实施ERP系统的建议。 通过本文的研究，得到以下主要结论:河南省中小型制造企业存在着管理滞后、基础薄弱的问题，使得目前ERP系统实施现状并不乐观，应以改革管理模式进行业务流程再造为前提，以规划好适合本企业软件为实现手段，积极的推动ERP软件的顺利实施。 关键词： 中小型制造企业 ERP 企业流程重组 Title The Implementary Investigation of ERP System on Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises in Henan Province Abstract The economic of China growth rapidly, small and medium-sized manufacturing industry has achieved an unprecedented development, at the same time, the demand for information technology is also rising. However, the information level of a considerable part of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is not high, we need the help of scientific and technological means urgently, so as to carry out changes profoundly, such as the introduction of modern management concepts, the backward mode of operation, the rigid organizational structure, and the inefficient management processed. The main body of this paper is used to study the status of implementation of ERP system in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Henan Province, first of all, ERP what is related to the text is to be defined, further the significance of the implementation of ERP system in the domestic manufacturing enterprises is to be pointed out.
