江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)论文摘 江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)论文 摘 要 近年来，林、桨、纸一体化正在引领造纸业的发展方向，林、桨、纸一体化 能较好的解决了造纸业的资源和环保问题。发达国家早已实现了林、桨、纸一体 化。2007年10月中国颁布实施《造纸产业发展政策》，对造纸业林、桨、纸一体 化的发展方向更以政策引导。作为铜版纸生产第二重要原料的碳酸钙尚未引起业 内的重视，碳酸钙产品的上游产业链同样存在资源和环保制约发展的问题。 本文运用在江苏大学工商管理学院学到的SWOT分析理论、纵向一体化战略理 论、交易成本理论、PEST分析理论，通过对金东公司外部环境和内部环境进行的 战略分析，就其石灰生产基地项目进行战略选择，并对具体的项目方案比较选优。 意图说明石灰石、石灰、沉淀碳酸钙纵向一体化，通过实施产业环保化的项目方 案选择有效解决制约造纸企业发展的资源和环保问题，从而提升造纸企业的核心 竞争力以达到可持续的发展。石灰石、石灰、沉淀碳酸钙纵向一体化的战略选择 同样也将成为中国造纸企业可持续发展的一个方向。 具体就本项目来说，保障企业自身的正常生产供应并有效降低成本的项目初 始目的是可以达到预期效果。但项目在资源综合利用方面和通过开拓石灰外部市 场以达规模效益方面还没有明确的目标和规划，成本优势的动态可持续性尚欠缺 长远的设想，缺乏在石灰行业上做大做强的战略构想。为此，本文在资源综合利 用和外部市场开拓方面，就项目实施的设计规划提出了一些建议。 关键词：金东公司，石灰石，石灰生产基地，沉淀碳酸钙，纵向一体化 江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)论文AB 江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)论文 AB STRACT Integration of paper manufacture and afforestation is the trend of paper manufacture industry in recent years．The integration could settle enviorment problem and the shortage of resource．Especially in development countries，the integration of paper manufacture and afforestation is available to a11．On Oct．2007，the promulgation and implementation ofPaper industry development policyindicates the policy guidance of integration of paper manufacture and afforestation．But勰an important element of paper，the calcium carbonate industry has not yet caused attention from the industry,the industrial chain resources and the development of environmental constraints． This paper uses SWOT analysis theory,the strategy of vertical integration theory； the transaction cost theory and PEST Analysis Theory to analyze the external environment and internal environment of Gold East Paper，and pursue strategic options of the Lime production base project，and also compared the specific project programmes to make priority selection．What’S more，the paper proved that through limestone，lime，calcium carbonate precipitation vertical integration，the resources and environmental issues could be settled significantly，and also upgrades papermaking enterprises’core competitiveness and inhance the enterprise
