建筑工程项目风险研究 建筑工程项目风险研究 金地花园建筑工程项目风险管理研究 摘要 本论文就建筑企业在进行工程项目风险管理时采取何种形式的组织结构，采 取何种风险管理模式，在风险管理的过程中如何识别风险、分析风险、应对风险、 控制风险和监督风险才能使企业更好的应对风险、驾驭风险进行了论述。从当今 社会应用日益广泛的项目风险管理的角度出发，针对建筑施工企业，结合土木工 程建设的特点，提出了如何消除项目的不确定性，保证项目的顺利完成即如何有 效进行项目风险管理的问题。并从工程项目施工的具体过程探讨了工程项目投资 中风险的识别、评价、规划及控制方法和技术，并通过金地花园工程项目风险管 理方法和技术进行了实证研究。运用项目风险管理的原理和方法，对工程项目的 风险管理进行分析，系统总结项目风险管理过程中风险识别、分析与评价、制定 项目风险应对措施的各种方法。 全文既有理论研究部分又有实证分析，为将来在企业的项目风险管理中提供 一个理论及实践上的借鉴，促使企业能进一步做好项目风险管理工作，通过有效 的风险管理，使项目按照计划进行，尽量保证项目结果与计划的一致性，目标是 减少风险的危害程度，使工程质量、进度、费用三大目标得到控制和实施。 关键词： 风险研究；风险分析；风险管理，金地花园 Vent ur e Management Resear ch on Ji ndi Par k Const r uct i on Engi neer i ng Subj ect Abst r act This thesis studies the organizational structure and management model of any risks for architecture enterprise to carry on project risk management，and studies how to identify risk，estimate risk，response quickly to risk，contr01 risk and supervise risk in project risk management for enterprise．Starting from the view of project risk management，which is more and more widely applied in modern society，facing architecture enterprise，considering the characteristics of the construction of civil engineering，this article puts forward the issue of how to eliminate the uncertainty of a project，and how to guarantee all—right completion for the project．This thesis discusses the methods and techniques of identifying risk。evaluating risk， planning and controlling risk based on a specific process of project construction，carries through a positive study on the methods and skill s of project risk management based on the case study of Jin-Di—Garden．Using the principles and methods of project risk management，this article analyzes process of project risk management，systematically summarizes all kinds of methods of identifying risk，analyzing and evaluating risk， raising the steps of preventing risk。 There are both theoretical research and positive study in this article．It is a reference for enterprise’s project risk management in future．and helpful to e
