金描!|!深化与金触Jj拄持贺易白山化州DL中文摘要 金描!|!深化与金触Jj拄持贺易白山化州DL 中文摘要 自20世纪70年代初麦金农和肖相继提出有关金融抑制与金融深化的理论以 来，国内外经济学者就金融发展与经济增长做了大量的研究，金融深化理论得到 了长足的进步，并逐渐成为分析和指导发展中国家金融改革和金融发展的主要理 论之一。几乎在同一时期，各国金融对外开放的步伐明显加快，资本和金融服务 贸易在一国的自由进出程度不断提高。中国于2001年加入世界贸易组织，全方 位的金融服务贸易自由化业已提上议事日程。 然而，迄今为止，很少有学者把金融深化与金融服务贸易自由化联系起来研 究。金融深化的本质是消除国内市场割裂和价格扭曲，而金融服务贸易自由化的 积极意义也在于此。本文试图通过金融深化与金融服务贸易自由化的理论研究和 经验分析，研究金融深化与金融服务贸易自由化的关系，特别是在金融深化的背 景下，如何选择最恰当的次序和速度，以最低成本实现本国的金融服务贸易自由 化，进而推进金融体系的完善与发展。 在内容结构的安排上，本文共分三章。第一章为本文的理论研究部分。本章 对金融深化、金融服务贸易自由化的相关理论进行了系统的阐述和梳理，并对金 融深化与金融服务贸易自由化的关系进行了理论分析。 第二章为本文的经验分析部分。通过分析美国、日本、土耳其和台湾等国家 和地区金融深化和金融服务贸易自由化的互动过程，以及因不同的金融发展途径 和进程产生的不同结果，对上述国家和地区成功的经验和失败的教训进行总结和 提炼。 第三章为中国的金融深化与金融服务贸易自由化的分析。本章从中国入世承 诺出发，分析了中国金融服务贸易自由化的现状和金融深化的现状，以及金融深 化对中国金融服务贸易自由化的约束，并在此基础上有针对性地提出了推进金融 深化、促进中国金融服务贸易自由化成功进行的政策建议。 关键词：金融深化金融服务贸易自由化市场化次序 金触深化与金融服务贸易自由化研究Abstract 金触深化与金融服务贸易自由化研究 Abstract Since Edward Shaw and Ronald Mckinnon advanced the theory of financial repression and financial deepening respectively in the early 1970s，economics carried on systematic research on the relationship between financial development and economic growth．Owing to their effort，great advances have been made in the theory of financial deepening．Now it has become one of the main theories which analyze and guide the financial reform and development in the developing countries．The passing of Agreement on Trade in Financial Service in December 1997 marked the beginning of a new period of fmancial opening at all the nations in the world． Omnidirectional financial service trade liberalization has been put on the agenda since China became one ofthe members of、ⅣTO． It was noted，however，that very few scholars have related the financial deepening to financial service trade liberalization when considering the financial developing countries．In this thesis，I attempt to conduct the research on financial service trade liberalization from perspective of financial deepening，and to conclude how to realize financial service trade liberalization a
