论文提要本文以金融协调理论作为分析研究问题的指导思想，对金融控股公司这种方兴未艾 论文提要 本文以金融协调理论作为分析研究问题的指导思想，对金融控股公司这种方兴未艾 的金融组织模式，从其发展历史到经营机制，从其内部控制到外部监管等多方面的内容， 进行了较为全面和系统的分析和论述，并提出了中国金融控股公司的发展模式和途径。 论文首先阐述了金融控股公司的相关概念、组织形式等基本内容；通过分析金融控 股公司在美、英、日等金融发达国家的发展历史，揭示其产生发展的历史背景及渊源。 作者认为，从经济学角度分析，金融控股公司产生发展的根本动力来自于金融资本的趋 利性和安全性要求，而金融资产所具有的同质性又是金融控股公司产生发展的前提条 件；从市场供求的角度分析，综合性金融服务需求的增加、市场竞争的加剧，促进了金 融控股公司的不断成长和发展；从金融协调理论的角度分析，金融、经济、社会的协调 发展既为金融控股公司的产生创造了根本前提条件，又营造了适合它生存发展的客观环 境。同时，金融控股公司内部的协调是它产生协同效应、规模经济和范围经济等经营优 势的基础。在对金融控股公司的经营机制和内控机制的深入分析当中，作者提出了发挥 经营优势规避组织劣势的原则性建议。 对于中国金融控股公司的发展问题的研究，本文没有停留在可能性与可行性的探讨 方面，而是对我国金融控股公司已存在并逐步发展的现实问题，以及在对中国金融业必 将从分业经营向混业经营转变的形势判断下，提出在中国金融监管和金融机构发展的现 实条件下，组建与中国金融、经济、社会发展相协调的金融控股公司的可行方案。 作者在文中提出了一些创新的观点和政策建议，但由于水平所限及相关资料的缺 少，不免显得有些粗浅和不成熟，恳请各位老师和学友不吝赐教、批评指正。 关键词： 金融控股公司 金融协调协同效应 内控机制风险监管 ABSTRACTGuided ABSTRACT Guided by the theory of finance coordination，this thesis studies the fmancial holding company which is a kind of finance organize mode on the up，from its history of development to operation mechanism，from its internal control to external supervision etc．and brings forward the development mode and path ofChinese financial holding company． The thesis firstly elaborates the basic contents of financial holding company,such as related concepts，organization patterns and SO on，reveals the history background and onion of its development through analyzing the development history of the financial holding company of America,England and Japan etc．In the author’S opinion，analyzing from the economics point of view,the fundamental development power of financial holding company lies in the property tending to benefit and safety of financial capital，and the premise of the generation and development of financial holding company is the similar property of the financial capital。 Analyzing from the supply and demand of market，the growth of demand to the synthetical financial service and the violent competition from market promote the continuous growth and development of financial holding company．
