金融约束与中国对贸易模式演进摘要 金融约束与中国对贸易模式演进 摘要 随着我国改革开放事业的逐步深入，金融发展与对外贸易的关系更加密切。 金融约束对我国的出口贸易模式演进是否产生了影响，产生了怎样的影响?带 着这样的问题，本文从以下方面进行了研究：(1)对我国过去三十年间的贸易 和金融发展历程进行简要梳理与介绍。(2)通过对外贸易贡献率、产业内贸易 指数和显性比较优势等指标对我国过去三十年的对外贸易情况进行了详细描述 与分析，重点描述与分析商品贸易的现状与特点。(3)从理论层次上剖析金融 约束对外贸易模式影响的内在机制，为实证分析提供理论基础。(4)构建多元 回归计量模型，利用面板数据对我国金融约束与商品贸易发展之间的关系进行 实证研究与检验，找出金融约束对贸易模式的演进产生何种影响，得出我国商 品贸易发展与金融约束间的关系。 研究结果表明：(1)金融约束对我国商品出口贸易模式有积极影响。金融 约束使我国商品贸易出口从以出口初级产品为主发展到以出口加工产品和工业 品为主。(2)金融约束对不同出口行业的影响不同。国有和大中型企业受其影 响较小，而中小企业受其负面影响较大。因此在我国的金融市场发展政策中应 更加关注中小企业金融约束的问题，为中小企业提供宽松的金融信贷条件。 关键词：金融约束；贸易模式；面板分析 The The finance constraints and the evolution of trade pattern Abstract Financial constraints on the evolution of Chinese trade patterns iS an impacting fact or not?The result iS in what kind of impact?With such problems，this paper conducted a study from the following：(1)Over the past three decades of Chinese international trade and a brief history of financial development are described． (2)The theoretical level analysis of the financial constraints on the trade patterns of the impact of the internal mechanism iS provided to a theoretical basis for empirical analysis．(3)The past history of our country’S financial development is described． Through the contribution to trade balance，intra·industry trade and revealed comparative advantage index and other indicators of Chinese foreign trade situation in the past three decades，the trade patterns in detail and in—depth iS described and analysed from focusing on description and analysis of the status of the pattern of trade in goods．(4)From constructing of multiple regression econometric model and using panel data on commodity trade of Chinese financial constraints，the data is tested to identify the relationship between financial constraints and the evolution of trade patterns． The results show that：(1)Financial constraints on Chinese commodity exports have a positive impact on trade patterns．Financial constraints make Chinese merchandise trade exports from an export-orie
