PAGE PAGE 3 摘要 劳动密集型产业是在我国丰富的劳动力资源基础上发展起来的，为我国的 经济和社会生活做出了积极的贡献。2008 年以来，以美国次贷危机为开端的金 融危机，愈演愈烈，不断的蔓延到各国的实体经济，我国的劳动密集型产业也 难以避免的受到了影响。如全球最大玩具代工商之一，合俊集团旗下在东莞的 两家工厂，合俊玩具厂和俊领玩具厂同时宣布倒闭,6500 多名员工被抛向社会， 成为金融危机影响我国实体经济企业倒闭的第一案。我国劳动密集型产业存在 哪些主要问题，未来将如何健康发展就成为本文探讨的重点。 本文首先对劳动密集型产业的概念、类别进行界定，然后通过对金融危机 下我国劳动密集型产业现状的分析，运用后发优势理论、规模效益理论，找出 我国劳动密集型产业发展存在的主要问题，如企业规模小，技术含量低，无自 主品牌，劳动力资源供需结构失衡等。最后提出促进我国劳动密集型产业的健 康发展的对策建议，如整合资源，走规模经济之路；提高企业的技术含量，增 强企业的自主创新能力；打造企业品牌，培育新的营销理念；完善农民工保护 机制，实行科学的人力资本规划、管理；倡导绿色经济，我国的劳动密集型产 业走可持续发展之路。 【关键词】劳动密集型产业 金融危机 后发优势理论 规模效益理论 Abstract Labor- intensive industries in Chinas abundant labor resources developed on the basis of, for our economic and social life made a positive contribution.September 2008 to the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis at the beginning of the financia l crisis intensified, continuous spread to the real economy countries, Chinas labor- intensive industries can hardly avoid being affected.If one of the worlds largest toy on behalf of the business, co-Jun Groups two factories in Dongguan, Smart Union toy factory and toy factory also announced that Chun led the closure of more than 6,500 employees were thrown into the community as the financial crisis affecting real economy, corporate bankruptcies in Chinathe first case.Chinas labor- intensive industries, what are the future development of how health has become focus of this paper.
