It can bring new profit- growth spot for banks and third-party logistics companies, relieve the financing problem for SMEs(Small and medium- sized enterprises), and revitalize the capital which were taken up by raw materials and finished goods. The financial logistics in our country is in the initial stage. Compared with foreign countries, it is still fall behind in the aspects of system, technology and scale. There are some limitations of the existing research about financial logistics. First, most of them are qualitative. Second, it paid more attention on model research, ignored the research of the subjective credit risk control. Third, the definition of the range of financial logistics is a bit narrow, only from the perspective of single node or a single supply chain to research it. In order to make financial logistics extend better in our country, and contribute to SMEs , third-party logistics companies and banks，the paper select the subject to research. On the base of the former research, the paper expanded the perspective to the whole economic network. First, it fully analyzed the changes of the financial logistics from two sides of logistics and financial system, summed that factors are economy, politics, logistics policies, progress of science and technology, changes of market demand. Second, it comprehensive researched the models of the financial logistics from two sides of in and out the Supply Chain, and analyzed the models from the aspects of micro-operations, macro-effect and the comparison with traditional financing model.
