Most of scholars who are expert in the literature of Jin dynasty exclusively devote themselves to specialized researches. The same applies with those who study on the literature in Song dynasty. There is little attention to the relationship between Jin and song literature. Although some scholars have made efforts and contribution to the relationship of the Song and Jin literature, they mainly focus on the literature in song dynasty which leads to unappreciated literature in Jin dynasty. The result objectively neglects independent status of the literature in Jin dynasty which makes the literature in Jin dynasty become a slave. In this paper, the focus is placed on the literature in Jin dynasty. As a starting point, it will be actively contacted with the literature in Song dynasty. In this way we can make affirmatives of the independent status of the literature in Jin dynasty, and improve her position in the literary history. This article makes the conception of the relationship between Jin and Song literature. The perspective of this paper is the literature in Jin dynasty who is the biggest beneficiary in this literary communication. The introduction describes the topic reason, significance and research status. The text builds relationship between the Jin and Song literature with their inheritance, communication and blending. The first part discusses the relationship between Jin dynasty and the literature in Northern Song dynasty, which holds that Jin dynasty directly inherit the literature in Northern Song dynasty with “getting a lot of books” and “accepting a large number of educated people”.
