摘要 摘要 i i 摘 要 县域经济在国民经济发展中占有重要地位，截至 2011 年底，全国县域内人口总 数达 8.85 亿人，占全国总人口的 65.72%，全国县域地区生产总值达 24.14 万亿元， 占全国 GDP 的半壁江山，达到 51.4%。在我国长久以来城乡经济二元结构已经成为 我国经济发展的亟待解决的问题，县域经济发展的强大动力。金融是现在市场经济的 核心，在县域经济的资源配置中起着支配性作用。因此，发挥好金融的资源配置作用， 就会更好的促进县域经济的发展；县域经济得到发展后，会有更多的资本充实到金融 市场中，使金融得到发展。金融发展与县域经济的发展是一个互动作用机理的过程。 县域经济、金融的协调发展实际上就是打破城乡经济二元结构的良好途径。 文章首先对前人关于县域经济发展和金融发展的研究成果和理论做了归纳，然后 结合我国现实情况具体分析了县域经济和金融的现状、特点、缺陷以及作用机理。探 讨了县域经济与金融的相互促进关系，然后选取了分别位于山东东部、中部、西部的 三个典型县作为案例，得出了县域经济的差异性不单表现在城乡二元经济差异，也表 现在县域经济体自身存在差异的观点。同时，归纳出了金融对县域经济有促进作用， 县域经济对金融具有反馈作用的基本结论。最后结合我国的具体情况，提出了协调县 域经济和金融发展的政策建议。 关键词：县域经济 县域金融 经济发展 Abs Abstract ii ii Abstract County economy plays an important role in the national economic development. By the end of 2011, the total population of the country is up to 885 million, accounted for 65.72% of the population, total output value of the country is 24.14 trillion yuan, accounting for 51.04% of national GDP, accounting for half of the whole value. For a long time in our country urban and rural dual economic structure has become an urgent problem to be settled, in the economic development of our country, the development of county economy. Finance is the core of the market economy and plays an important role in the allocation of resources. Therefore, make full use of financial allocation of resources, can promote the development of county economy; when the county economy developed well, there will be more capital rich financial markets, and in this way financial will development. It is an interactive mechanism of the process between financial and the development of county economy. The harmonious development of county economy, finance is really a good way to break the urban-rural dual economic structure.
