摘要清洁生产的目的是在生产和流通的各个环节中不断提高原材料、水资源和能 摘要 清洁生产的目的是在生产和流通的各个环节中不断提高原材料、水资源和能 源的利用效率，预防污染，减少对周围环境的负面影响。实行清洁生产对企业的 可持续发展具有深远意义。 本论文主要针对锦州六陆公司下属的两家子公司——六陆化工分公司、六陆 兴海油港分公司进行了全面调查。找出了公司存在的主要环境问题并相应提出了 无／低费方案和中／高费方案两种解决方案。无／f氐费方案主要包括：DN强管理，避 免设备和管路发生跑冒滴漏：节约用水；进行数据管理，建立奖罚细则；改进生 产工艺；调整催化剂生产工艺；控制煤炭、木柴、石油焦在贮运过程中的散失等。 中／高费方案主要包括：新建凉水塔；对一些仪表及设备进行改造；废渣、废水 的回收利用；贮煤场煤尘控制等。 通过采取相应措施，达到了预期效果，实行了清洁生产审计工作后，可实现： 节水14020“a，节煤22．72忱，节约木柴l‰。；减少Cat消耗15％一20％，降低 碱耗量100kg／批，降低新鲜水耗量6400t／a，减少石油焦物料损失1‰。：减少废 渣产生量12．16讹，减少S02排放1285．44kg／a，减少废水排放23600t／a，减少煤 尘排放8．52Ua，减少石油焦无组织排放1‰；可实现经济效益25万元左右。该 方案已部分在工业化过程得到实施。 关键词：清洁生产评估环丁砜节能节水 ABSTRACTThc ABSTRACT Thc purpose of clean production is to improve the utilization efficiency of raw materials，water and energy,prevent our environment from being polluted and decrease their negative effects to the environment．It is important to the long-term development ofthe corporation． In this paper,two branch corporations of Jinzhou Liulu Corporation were evaluated comprehensively．Many environmental problems were raised，two kinds of schemes were worked out，they are free／low cost scheme and middle／high cost scheme．Free／low cost scheme includes managing strictly,avoiding the device from dropping and leakage，saving water,honoring and punishing staff correspondingly, improving the techniques，adjusting the preparation of catalyst，controlling the lost of coal．firewood and oil tar during the process of storage and transport．etc．Middle／high cost scheme includes building tower to cool the watch improving the instruments， recycling treatment of waste residue and wastewater,etc． After these measures were adopted．the evaluation resuks of clean production improved greatly．For example，water,coal and firewood used in the production could be saved up to 14020Va,22．72“a,1‰respectively；catalysts were saved to 15％一20％． alkali was saved to 1 00kg per batch，the amount of fresh water consumption decreased 6400Va’the 10st of oil tar decreased 1‰．the production of waste residue decreased tol
