摘要 摘要 I I 摘 要 随着酒店行业的竞争不断加剧，改善酒店服务水平，提高酒店管理工作的效 率显得尤为关键。越来越多的酒店采用管理信息系统来存储和处理越来越多的信 息流。在酒店餐饮部采用营销管理信息系统的目的是实现餐饮部门管理工作的信 息化与自动化，改善工作的效率，为客户提供更便捷的服务。 通常将管理信息系统的设计过程分为两个阶段。在系统方案设计阶段，利用 数据流图来预计整个系统可能实现的功能，以及可行的实现办法。在软件架构设 计阶段，将系统功能进行模块化，明确系统的应包括哪些组成部分，确定每个部 分间的相关联系，可以把整个程序分为几个独立命名的部分，以实现独立访问， 每个部分有自己的功能，所有功能合在一起就是系统的全部功能，能够实现系统 的有关设计要求，符合客户使用要求。 论文主要工作包括以下几个方面： （1）探讨本课题所涉及的国内外研究现状，分析课题研究的意义。 （2）对酒店餐饮部营销管理信息系统中的理论技术知识部分的介绍，描述系 统的开发平台，对系统中所用到的数据库，编程语言进行了分析，探讨了系统的 架构。 （3）对系统进行需求分析和概要设计，分析了点菜管理子系统、后厨管理子 系统、审批业务管理子系统、无线点菜子系统的功能，对酒店餐饮部营销管理信 息系统的架构进行了概要设计。 （4）对酒店餐饮部营销管理信息系统进行了详细的设计，提出了系统的设计 原则，对系统的用例进行了详细的设计，编写程序。 关键词：酒店管理，管理信息系统，设计，测试 AB ABSTRACT II II ABSTRACT With the rapid development of Chinese catering industry, the management is more and more complicated, so the use of computer is currently the development of Chinas catering industry direction to manage the entire restaurant work.
