摘 摘 要 随着酒店业竞争的日益加剧，酒店人力资源管理面临着前所未有的人才问 题。酒店业发展需要高素质从业人员的同时，又不能满足其员工自身发展的需要， 从而导致吸引和留住高素质人才困难重重，这已成为制约酒店发展的瓶颈问题。 酒店人力资源管理急需可以协调员工与企业发展的管理理论与方法。作为现代人 力资源管理的新课题，职业生涯管理提倡在员工的发展的基础上寻求员工、企业 与社会的持续协调发展，从而为酒店解决人才提供良好的思路和途径。 本文通过对问卷调查及访谈结果等一手资料的处理，分析了酒店组织中大学 生职业发展路径、大学生员工的特点、酒店大学生员工与职位的具体匹配，然后 借鉴职业生涯管理有关理论，探讨大学生员工职业生涯管理的组织支持系统、酒 店大学生员工职业生涯阶段管理以及常用的大学生员工职业生涯管理技术。 本文丰富职业生涯管理理论的同时，完善了酒店人力资源管理体系。在实践 上，结合酒店业人力资源管理的实际情况，探索其大学生员工职业生涯管理的方 法，有利于吸引人才和留住人才，更好地提升酒店企业的人才竞争力。 关键词：酒店大学生员工职业生涯管理 分类号：F719 AbstraetWith Abstraet With the drastic competition among hospitality enterprises，human resource management baffles them．The rapid development of hospitality enterprises demands employees with high qualifications，while they cannot meet their employees’demand of personal growth．Therefore，there are existing difficulties on attracting and retaining talents，which is becoming a bottleneck of the development of hospitality enterprises．Human resource management of hospitality enterprises demandingly needs methods of coordinating the development of employee with hospitality enterprises．As new issue of modem human resource management，career management advocates development of employee，hospitality enterprises and the whole society together the basis of the development of employee．Apparently, career management provides a sound method for hospital时enterprises’talent problem． On the basic study of actualities of graduate employees’career management in hospitality enterprises according to the investigation data and interview records，this paper analyses the characteristics of the career path of the graduate employees．Under the guidance of career management theories，this paper probes respectively the basic operational work of management,career stage management of graduate employees in hospitality enterprises． This paper belongs to basic application research，consisting of both theoretical and practical contribution．The former focuses on enriching theor
