Abstract
Tande co., LTD is a fast-growing high-tech enterprise, is currently in growth period,
keep high performance is the key to enterprise development. However, due to the
company human resources management is relatively weak for a long time, also
influence the effective implementation of performance evaluation. Therefore, to
establish an organized, systematic human resources management become the urgent
need of enterprise performance evaluation system. To establish a good improve
