Therefore, to strengthen the talents construction has increasingly become the focus of the development of Chinas enterprises. Human resource has become the core of enterprise management, training as an important part of human resources management, is increasing in value of enterprise human resources. Through effective training enterprise can obtain the needed talents, and employees will also be able to survive and develop in the constantly changing environment. Through practice and training efforts to give full play to each members potential, improve everyones fighting capacity, which the enterprise can get more benefit. This paper first describes the role of meaning, methods of employee training and employee training in enterprise; secondly, analyzes the current situation of staff training and existing problems; finally, puts forward some countermeasures for solving the problems of the staff training effectiveness, to strengthen staff training, improve the operating performance of carrefour.
