Methods Forty- one patients with Graves disease under went therapeutic t hyroi d artery embolizati on . The preoperative level of t hyroi d autoanti bodies was detected . Duri ng t he 3 - 6 1 mont hs f oll o w- up after operati on , c urative effect was defi nited by sy mpto m, si gns and col or Doppl er ultrasonography exa mi nation of t hyroid , and titre/ activities and positive rate of t hyroi d autoanti bodies were regul arly detected . Results Titre/ activitis and positive rate of T RAb , T GAb and T MAb , especi ally of T R Ab i n all pati ents with Graves di sease were si gnificantly higher t han nor mal . Activity and pos- itive rate of T R Ab decreased to nor mal l evel six mont hs after i nterventi onal t herapy i n the utility group , but ot hers re- mai ned hi gher t han nor mal i n the r
