重庆市中学生抑郁状况及与应对方式的相关性研究? ? 基金项目:国家863计划资助项目（2006AA02Z427） 国家重大科学研究计划（973）（2009CB918302） 作者简介：李雷雷，男，博士研究生，山东省安丘市人，主要从事青少年心理健康研究。电话E-mail: doublly0103@163.com 通讯作者：王宏，电话Email：Wangh111111@ 收稿日期： 修回日期： 李雷雷1，汪洋1，王宏1，徐鸣明2 （重庆医科大学：1妇幼保健与儿童少年卫生教研室，2神经科学研究中心，重庆 400016；） 摘要：目的 调查重庆市中学生的抑郁状况与应对方式之间的关系。 方法 采用Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）和特质应对方式问卷（Trait Coping Style Questionnaire，TCSQ），对重庆市1596名中学生进行问卷调查。结果 重庆市中学生抑郁发生率较高，抑郁总分及各因子（精神性障碍、躯体性障碍、精神运动性障碍及心理障碍得）与应对方式在不同性别、年级及学校类型上有所不同；中学生抑郁总分及各因子得分与不同的应对方式之间存在不同程度的相关；应对方式是中学生抑郁发生的有效预测因子，应对方式可以解释中学生抑郁总分方差变异的43.7%。结论 重庆市中学生抑郁状况与应对方式之间存在显著相关，采用积极的应对方式可以有效降低抑郁的发生率。 关键词：抑郁；特质应对方式；回归分析；横断面调查；心理卫生 中图分类号：R179 文献标识码：A Relationship between depression and trait coping style in middle school students of Chongqing LI lei-lei, WANG hong, WANG yang(Department of Maternal and Child Care and Adolescents Health, Chongqing Medical University, Chongqing 400016, China) Abstract：Object To investigate the relationship between depression and trait coping style in Chongqing middle school students. Methods Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ) were adopted in the study to test the randomly sampled 1596 middle school students of Chongqing. Results Students’ depression rate was a little bit high. The differences in both depression and trait coping style were significant among genders, grades and school types. Students’ depression was in correlation with various factors of coping style in different degrees. Coping style was a valuable predictor of students’ depression. Different factors of coping style could account for 43.7% variations of the students’ depression. Conclusion Students’ depression is significantly correlated to trait coping style of middle school students. Positive coping style could reduce the rate of student’s depression.
