国内外延续护理研究的可视化分析-中国康复理论与实践.PDF

中国康复理论与实践2017年2月第23卷第2期 ChinJRehabilTheoryPract,Feb.,2017,Vol.23,No.2 - 226 - DOI: 10.3969/j.issn. 1006-9771.2017.02.022 ·文献分析 · 国内外延续护理研究的可视化分析① 1 2 曹楠 ，刘启贵 [摘要] 目的 分析近10年国内外延续护理研究态势，了解我国与国际之间在此领域发展的优势及不足，为我国护理研究者 提供参考。方法 通过Web of Science 和CNKI 两大数据库检索出2005 年1 月至2016 年8 月国内外延续护理相关文献，借助 CiteSpace Ⅱ软件进行知识图谱绘制。结果 近10年国外有关延续护理的发文量总体呈上涨趋势。我国在2012 年前发文较少，而后 对延续护理研究的关注度明显增多，2015 年的发文量与国际相当。美国对延续护理的研究最多，中国发文仅占2% ，排名第9。在 热点研究方面，国际更注重延续护理的干预模式及效果的研究，而我国多侧重于疾病本身的研究。研究前沿结果显示，国外对延 续护理的服务对象范围逐步扩大，多倾向于管理、社区及家庭支持等方面的延续护理研究，我国在此方面研究还较欠缺。结论 近10年来，我国的延续护理日益受到重视，但研究的深度及广度仍有待提高。我国应借鉴国外研究的热点与前沿，探索出适合我 国国情的延续护理体系，帮助患者解决出院后护理支持和自我保健知识缺乏的问题，进一步丰富优质护理内涵。 [关键词] 延续护理；CiteSpace Ⅱ；可视化分析 Information Visualization Analysis of Transitional Care Home and Abroad 1 2 CAO Nan , LIU Qi-gui 1.
