中国农学通报 2013,29(7):65-69 Chinese Agricultural Science Bulletin 白鲜的生物学与化学成分研究进展 1,2 1 1 1 2 周亚福 ，毛少利 ，李思峰 ，黎 斌 ，刘文哲 1 2 （陕西省西安植物园，西安710061 ；西北大学，西安710069） 摘 要：中药白鲜皮为芸香科植物白鲜的干燥根皮，为中国重要的大宗药材之一，有着悠久的药用历史。 近年来国内外对药用白鲜展开了多方面的深入研究。论述了白鲜原植物、地理分布、形态结构、种子特 性以及组织培养等生物学特性以及化学成分挥发油、生物碱、柠檬苦素类、白鲜粗多糖等方面的研究现 状。指出市场对白鲜皮需求量的增加、人工栽培鲜有开展及无序的滥采乱挖，导致白鲜野生资源日渐枯 竭，并从增强认识与合理保护、综合开发利用、快速繁殖以及规范化栽培等方面作了总结，以期为白鲜植 物资源的合理保护和可持续开发利用提供参考。 关键词：白鲜；白鲜皮；生物学；化学成分；进展 中图分类号：Q949.9 文献标志码：A 论文编号：2012-3168 Advance on Biology and Chemical Constituents of Dictamnus dasycarpus 1,2 1 1 1 2 ZhouYafu ,MaoShaoli,LiSifeng,LiBin,LiuWenzhe 1 (Xi’anBotanicalGardenofShaanxiProvince,Xi’an710061; 2NorthwestUniversity,Xi’an710069) Abstract: Dictamnicortexisfromthedryrootcortexof Dictamnusdasycarpus inRutaceae,whichisan importanttraditionalChinesemedicineandisusedasanherbforalongtimeinChinesehistory.Toomuch about Dictamnus dasycarpus has been studied. The biological characteristics on the origin, distribution, morphologyandstructure,seedgermination,tissueculture,andthechemicalconstituentsofessentialoils, alkaloids,limonoidsandcoarsepolysaccharideofDictamnusdasycarpus areconcluded.Thecurrentsituation of Dictamnus dasycarpus suggests that over-need for dictamni cortex, disorderly collecting and seldom cultivatingleadtoresourceexhaustingseriously.Inordertoprovidetheoreticalbasisforfurtherprotection, development and
