Email:m_bigm@tju.edu.cn 通讯作者:严 英,yanying@tju.edu.cn. 基于主动扰动观测的车用共轨柴油机轨压控制算法研究 凌 健,严 英,徐 露,谢 辉 (天津大学内燃机燃烧学国家重点实验室,天津 300072) 摘?要:为了平衡轨压波动和实现轨压精确控制,在分析传统轨压控制算法的基础上,提出了一种基于主动扰动观测(ADRC)的车用柴油机轨压控制算法。通过对高压共轨燃油系统基本结构的分析,利用AMESim液压仿真软件建立了共轨系统仿真模型,然后再利用MATLAB/Simulink软件设计轨压控制器模型,最后将共轨系统AMESim模型与轨压控制器Simulink模型进行耦合,开展了模型联合仿真分析与轨压控制效果验证。仿真结果表明:ADRC控制器能够以快速响应和无静差的方式对轨压进行调节,表现出比PID控制器强的鲁棒性和快速响应性,并且在控制过程中又表现出较好的控制品质,因此ADRC控制器可以很好地应用于共轨系统中轨压控制算法的开发研究,为工程实际用轨压控制器设计奠定基础。 关键词:柴油机;高压共轨;轨压控制;主动扰动观测;PID 中图分类号:TK421 文献标志码:A 文章编号: Research on ADRC-Based Control Algorithm of Rail Pressure for On-Road Common Rail Diesel Engines Ling Jian,Yan Ying,Xu Lu,Xie Hui (State Key Laboratory of Engines,Tianjin University,Tianjin 300072, China) Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the traditional control algorithm of the rail pressure, an active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) based rail pressure controller (RPC) is proposed in this paper, in order to balance the fluctuation of the rail pressure and achieve precise control of rail pressure for the high pressure common rail fuel injection system (CRFIS). To effectively address this issue, the physical structure of the high pressure CRFIS was analyzed. What’s more, the CRFIS simulation model was built in the AMESim environment, and the RPC simulation model was built in the MATLAB/Simulink environment. At last, these two simulation models could co-simulate at the same time in the Simulink environment. Through analyzing the results of the simulation and test, it was proved that ADRC can respond quickly and govern rail pressure with no static pressure differential manner.
