上颌前牙种植修复中牙龈美学的探讨 朱启红 张小云杨新亮 (徐州医学院附属第三医院 江苏徐州221003) 【摘要】目的 探讨上颌前牙单牙种植修复中牙龈美学的美学效果。方法29 例上颌前牙单牙种植采用引导骨再生术，准确的种植三维位点，正确的软组织切 口，软组织引导,乳头重建技术，临时冠诱导软组织成型，个性化全瓷基台全瓷冠修 复或义龈修复等进行美学修复。采用完美美学效果，患者满意度VAS进行美学效 果评价。结果29例上颌前牙单牙种植修复，12月后种植体的成功率为100%； 完美美学效果9例，美学效果较满意20例，美学效果很差0例；患者满意度VAS 最低6分，最高10分，平均值8.56分。结论 根据自身条件，采用引导骨再生 术，准确的种植三维位点，正确的软组织切口，软组织引导,乳头重建技术，临时 冠诱导软组织成型，个性化全瓷基台全瓷冠修复或义龈修复等进行美学修复能满 足患者牙龈的美学要求。 【关键词】牙种植 牙龈 美学效果 【中图分类号】R781.05 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085 (2013) 37-0049-02 Gingival aesthetics of the maxillary anterior tooth implant prosthesis Zhu qihong, Zhangxiaoyun’Yang xinliang, (The 3th Affiliated hospital of Xuzhou Medical College,Xuzhou 221003) [Abstract 】Objective: The aim of this study was to in vestigate the gingival aesthetic effect of the maxillary anterior single tooth implant prosthesis. Methods: 29 maxillary anterior single tooth implant prostheses were aesthetically repaired with guided bone regeneration technique, accurate three-dimensional loci of planting, the correct pare nchyma incision, soft-tissue-guidi ng, n ipple rec on structi on tech no logy, temporary crow ns in duced soft tissue formi ng, pers on alized all-ceramic crown repair with all-ceramic base stations or gum repair. The aesthetic effect was evaluated with perfect aesthetic effect and Patient satisfaction VAS.Results: The success rate was 100% after 12 mon ths of these 29 cases of maxillary an terior single tooth implant prostheses, among which 9 cases were of perfect aesthetic effect, 20 cases were satisfied with aesthetic effect and 0 case was very poor aesthetic effect. Evaluated with Patient satisfaction VAS, the result was minimum 6 points, maximum 10 points and the average of 8.56 points.Conclusion: According to their own conditions, comprehensive application with guided bone regeneration technique, accurate three-dimensional loci of planting, the correct parenchyma incision, soft-tissue-guiding, n ipple rec on structio n technology, temporary crow ns in duced soft tissue forming,
