Step1. Greetings and lead-in (4mins)
T: Good afternoon! S: Good afternoon, Mr.Xu.
T: I’m very happy today, do you know why?
T: Because a big festival is coming tomorrow. Do you know what it is?
S: The Corban Festival!
T: Yes, it is the Spring Festival of Muslim. I want to know what food you eat on the festival?
S: Mutton, beef, Nang…
T: Present the foods they eat. (mutton, roast mutton, roast Whole Lamb, Nang apricot, walnut)
T: Can you tell me how to make roast mutton? So today we will learn how to make a kind of food. (Show the title). How to make a banana milk shake? That is very delicious, let’s go!
