Ask Ss some questions: T: What will do in the future? T: Where will you live? T: How will you go to work? Get some Ss think and answer the questions. 2. Present some new words on the big screen. e.g. apartment, rocket, space, space station, human, servant, 3. Explain some main words to the Ss . Give some examples on the big screen. simple, over and over again, believe, hundreds of, disagree, shape, fall, fall down, look for, possible, impossible even, dangerous, already 4. Work on 1a. Write each word in the correct column below. Sept2. Discussion 1. Work with your partners. Think of other words and write them in the chart in 1a. 2. Let Ss discuss the words and write them in the chart. 3. Let some Ss read the words. Sept3. Listening Work on 1c: 1. Tell Ss to listen to Alexis and Joe’s conversation. and Number the pictures 1-3. 2. Play the recording for the Ss. Ss just listen for the first time.
