In addition,the steady error exists in process control.PID control technique is reliable,stable and its structure is simple.It has the advantage to eliminate the error,but its efficiency depends on its factors.Because of the conflict between quickness and over setting point,it probably can not satisfy the control demand.RTCrpUDGiT This paper first introduces the general PID control algorithm is commonly used in control, and introduced the PID controller tuning method. Then use the basic principles of fuzzy mathematics and methods ,sets the conditions of the rules and the operation expressed by fuzzy . These fuzzy control rules and the related information as knowledge stored in the computer knowledge library.
