However, within the interruption of the original economic ties with other countries, Kyrgyzstan has a slow economic growth. This paper mainly studies four aspects of content: At first is Kyrgyzstan’s present situation and trend of economic investment environment; Secondly, industrial structure and characteristics of Kyrgyzstan; Thirdly, a comprehensive analysis of Kyrgyzstan investment environment laws and regulations; Fourthly: present situation of bilateral trade development and prospects between China and Kyrgyzstan. Through the study of the above four issues, we hope to be able to fully understand the investment environment of Kyrgyzstan ,existing problems and its influence on China’s foreign trade,to make the bilateral trade sustained, rapid and healthy development.
