SHIP ENGINEERING 船 舶 工 程 Vol.36 Supplement 1 2014 总第36 卷,2014 年增刊1 含裂纹集装箱船厚甲板剩余极限强度时 变衰减及维修建议 王 甜,黄小平 (上海交通大学海洋工程国家重点实验室,上海 200240 ) 摘 要:研究含初始裂纹集装箱船厚甲板的裂纹扩展及对剩余极限强度时变衰减的影响对于船舶的 安全运营有很重要的意义。以8530TEU 集装箱船为例,对含裂纹板进行剩余极限拉伸强度计算。计算结 果表明:寿命期内板的裂纹扩展有一临界值,当大于该临界值,裂纹扩展急剧增加,剩余拉伸强度 也迅速减小,3 年至5 年内板就会发生断裂。因此,建议在第10 年对目标甲板进行一次大的检测维 修,对裂纹扩展严重的构件的进行更换。 关键词:集装箱船;厚甲板;裂纹扩展;剩余极限强度;衰减;维修 中图分类号:U661.43 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1000-6982 (2014) S1-0032-04 DOI:10.13788/j.cnki.cbgc.2014.0105 Decay and Repair Method of the Container Ship Deck with Residual Ultimate Strength and Unique Crack WANG Tian, HUANG Xiao-ping (State Key Lab of Ocean Engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai 200240, China) Abstract: This paper studies the crack propagation of the deck with initial crack of container ship and its effects on the ultimate strength which has a very important significance for the safe operation of the ship. Based on the case of 8530TEU container ship, it calculates the residual ultimate tensile strength of a deck plate with initial crack. The results show that: the initial crack size has a very large impact on the crack propagation in its life; and a critical value is found in crack propagation lifetime. When larger than the threshold value, the rapid of crack propagation increases, the residual tensile strength decreases rapidly, and the deck will be fracture usually within three to five years. So it is recommended that in the first 10 years, the target deck needs to be inspected and the serious parts needs to be changed.
