研究报告 　　马玉涛 等 :紫苏种子萌发特性的研究 紫苏种子萌发特性的研究 马玉涛 , 　惠荣奎 , 　刘 　焰 (华中农业大学植物科学技术学院 , 　湖北 武汉 430070) 摘要 :为了明确药用紫苏种子的萌发特性 ,研究了基质 、光照 、pH 值 、水势和盐分对紫苏种子萌发的影响 。结果表明:紫 苏种子具有广泛的土壤适应性 , 以农田土最为适宜 ;在全黑暗条件下发芽率最高 ,为 85. 8% ;在 pH 值为 4. 0 ～6. 3 之间 均可萌发 ;萌发率在水势 0 ～ - 0. 6 M Pa范围内从 78. 3%降至 4. 2% ,即紫苏种子在干旱的环境下仍可萌发 ;紫苏种子耐 盐性较强 ,当 N aCl浓度为 160 mmol/L 时 ,种子萌发率仍高达 65. 8%. 紫苏具有一定的抗干旱和抗盐胁迫特性 ,可作为育 种的参考依据之一 。 关键词 : 　紫苏 ; 种子 ; 萌发特性 中图分类号 : 　S 567. 2　　　文献标志码 : 　A 　　　文章编号 : 　100 1 - 4705 (2009) 110004904 Study on the Germ ination Characteristic of P erilla F rus tescens.
