Project quality and other product quality, as both related to the development of national economy, but also the relationship of the peoples vital interests. Poor quality of the project, and its consequences are often more serious than other products. Therefore, in the construction, our country has long beenthat long-term project,quality first constructionguidelines,the whole society is also very concerned about the quality of the project. But over the years, quality has been the construction of the most prominent issue. In this paper, the quality of domestic and international research projects as well as the characteristics of engineering quality start on project quality management of the main problems and countermeasures in-depth analysis of the engineering quality problems related to the proposed measures.
