构建高职院校教师教学质量“五边形”
评价体系的探索与研究*

摘要 ：本文以笔者所在 学院的国家骨干高职院校建设期 间探 索实施 的教 师教 学质量“五边形”
评价体 系为例 ，详细阐述 了如何从 学生、同行 、院部 、教务 、督导等五个层 面构建教 师教 学质量评价
指标及项 目权重分配。 该体 系的构建为高职院校教 学管理工作 中教师教 学质量的评价提供 了有效
工具 ，也为教师本人提 高 自身的教育教 学水平提供 了可供参照的依据。

Higher Vocational Teachers by Using “Pentagon”

Abstract: In this paper, the authors, during the construction of the national backbone, ex-
plored the implementation of vocational colleges teaching quality “pentagon” evaluation system.
It described in detail how to build teachers teaching quality evaluation system from students,
peers, department, educational administration, and supervisors five levels. The system, for the
evaluation of teaching management quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges, provides
an effective tool, and also, for the teachers themselves, provides a basis for reference to improve
their levels of education.
