论  著 Research Paper 慢性心力衰竭患者心理弹性对生活质量 影响的研究 李婷 [摘 要]  目的：调查慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量、心理弹性现状，并探讨心理弹性对生活质量的影响。方法：采 用横断面调查方法，应用中文版CD-RISC心理弹性量表、明尼苏达生活质量量表以及自设的一般资料调查表对在某 三级甲等医院住院的351例慢性心力衰竭患者进行问卷调查。结果：慢性心力衰竭患者的生活质量得分为（58.01±21.55) 分，心理弹性总分为（57.55±8.53)分，心理弹性与生活质量显著相关（r=-0.572，P0.001）。分层回归分析显示心理 弹性可以独立解释慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量32.5%的总变异。结论：慢性心力衰竭患者的生活质量水平较低，心理弹 性较差，心理弹性显著影响患者的生活质量。建议开展针对提高患者心理弹性的干预，进而提高患者的生活质量。    [关键词]  慢性心力衰竭；心理弹性；生活质量                  [中图分类号]  R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2016.03.007 Study on the effect of resilience on quality of life in Chronic Heart Failure patients / LI Ting // Cardiovascular Internal Medicine Department, Shanghai Changhai Hospital, Shanghai, 200433 China /// Chinese Nursing Management- 2016,16(3): 307-310 [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the status of resilience and quality of life in Chronic Heart Failure patients and to explore the whether resilience has any effect on quality of life. Methods: Use cross-sectional survey method, apply Connor- Davidson Resilience Scale, the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnair, and self-designed basic demographic questionnaire, 351 patients with Chronic Heart Failure from a Tertiary grade A hospital took the survey. Results: The score of quality of life for Chronic Heart Failure patients was (58.01±21.55). The resilience score was (57.55±8.53). The resilience was significantly related to the quality of life, and which explained 32.5% of the total variation. Conclusion: The Chronic Heart Failure patients have poor quality of life and low resilience. Suggest to implement more intervention to strengthen the resilience therefore to improve the overall patients quality of life. [
