尘嚇特异性免疫治疗哮喘合并变应性鼻炎患儿早期疗效及影响因素研究 永州市第四人民医院 湖南永州425006 【摘要】目的探讨尘嫡特异性免疫治疗哮喘合并变应性鼻炎患儿早期疗效及 影响因素研究。方法 选取2014年4月?2015年4月间我院收治的80例患者作 为研究对象，对照组给予酮替芬联合舒利迭药物治疗，实验组给予尘嫡特异性免 疫治疗，接受治疗3个月后，对比两组患者治疗疗效。结果治疗后，实验组的 SMS、鼻炎VAS、哮喘VAS评分以及清晨、夜晚的PEFR变化率均显著低于对照 组，C-ACT/ACT高于对照组，两组间差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)；实验组中 有效组占比为85.00% (34/40),无效组为15.00% (6/40),其中有效组年龄、哮 喘病程、PEF%pred百分比均显著低于无效组，SMS评分高于无效组，差异显著 (PV0.05)。结论采用尘嫡特异性免疫治疗哮喘合并变应性鼻炎患儿的早期疗 效显著，有效缩短哮喘病程，降低对肺活量的影响，减小哮喘和变应性鼻炎的用 药量，值得在临床推广。 【关键词】尘嫡特异性免疫；哮喘；变应性鼻炎 【Abstract ] objective to explore the early house dust-mite-spec讦ic immunotherapy for children with asthma combined allergic rhinitis curative effect and in flue ncing factors of research. Method to choose between April 2014 to April 2015 80 patients of our hospital as the research object, the control group given ketone for finger joint nimesulide overlapping drug treatment, the experimental group gives the house dust-mite-spec 讦 ic immuno therapy, 3 mon ths after treatment, compared two groups of patients with curative effect. Results after treatment, the VAS of SMS, rhinitis, asthma, VAS score and early in the morning and night PEFR rate were significantly lower than the control group， the a/C ? ACT ACT is higher than the con trol group, the d iff ere nces betwee n the two groups have statistical sign ifica nee (P lt; 0.05)； Effective group in the experimental group 85.00% (34/40), invalid group was 15.00% (6/40)，among which age, duration of asthma effectively, perce ntage of PEF % Mr Pred group were sigrdficantly lower tha n the in valid, SMS score higher than the invalid group, significant difference (P lt; 0.05) .
