Teaching Procedures
Step1 Lead-in
Greet the class:
T: One, two, three…ten. Class begins!
Ss: Good morning!
T:Good morning, everyone! Sit down, please! Let’s sing together: Hello, hello, hello…How are you? How are you, boys and girls?
Ss: I’m OK.
T: But I’m not fine at all! Do you want to know the reason?
Ss: Yes.
T: Because I had too much last night, I have a stomachache (write down the word on the blackboard)
Then ask ss whether they know other parts of the body. Review the words and write down other new words on the blackboard. Let ss close their eyes then guess what words are missing(a game) .After that, teacher make actions, ss guess what is the matter.
T: Now, I’m a doctor, you are patients. Let’s make conversations, OK?
Ss: OK.
T: What’s the matter?
P: I have a cold.
T: Oh, it’s terrible! You should drink much water.(ask others like this.)
T: OK, now let’s learn Unit1 now.
