The research of the training of enterprise and employee based on the psychological contract
ABSTRACT
Economic Integration and Economic Globalization bring the opportunities for enterprises, while it presents the severe challenges to the enterprises. The enterprises want to survive and seek for greater development space. The corporations must own a set of staff, who have higher quality, excellent skills and more efficient productivity. The enterprises train employees so that the training can enhance the overall quality of employees, increase their manpower capital value. In addition, the training of employees can improve work performance, it increases the economic efficiency of enterprises. Now, on the basis of the reading of many literatures and staff training survey, the psychological contract, between enterprises and employees, will be introduced to staff training, combined with the problem of training effect. The fusion of the psychological contract and employee training, which consists of training needs analysis, training project designing, training implementation and training evaluation. So the psychological contract can plays an important role in all kinds of segments of employee training. The action of psychological contract can improve the effect of the staff training, increase training quality, and achieve the training objectives. It is the innovation of this thesis. The study method of the thesis adopts literature consultation method, case study method, literature search, qualitative and quantitative etc. In nearly half a year, I investigate a large state-owned enterprise about staff training, making use of questionnaires research. In the process of the survey, I found that many practical problems exists in employee training and seriously analyses the problems. I offer the strategy of staff training, which is innovation of the thesis, on the basis of the psychological contract. In the study, I hope that the corporate managers
