AbstractNo Abstract No personality，no creativity．With the development of the times and the practical needs of advancing military reform、^，im Chinese characteristics and winning the information war，”personality cultivation”，a key issue of the reform of the military academy education has been put Oil the agenda．Personality cultivation complies wiⅡ1 the requirements of the new military reform for the creativity of military personnel，and it is a new military concept of education as well as educmion practice which fully implements quality education．In order to fully implement this practice，it is necessary to deepen the reform，explore a road of personality cultivation of cadets based on standardized management in military academies． Oriented towards this，this paper first clarifies the concepts and connotations of standardized management and cadets’personality cultivation in military academies， analyzes relations between them，and summarizes the problems occurring in present-day personality cultivation of cadets in the circumstances of standardized management and its fundamental reasons．Secondly the paper discusses the issue from the aspects of recognition of concepts，initiative of cadets，guidance of teachers，reform of teaching，and innovation of management．Lastly this paper proposes five countermeasures：”renewal of concepts，recognizing the significance of cadets’ personality cultivation；development of cadets’initiative，promoting personality cultivation of cadets；advancement of the reform of teaching，cultivating the cadets’ personality in the entire process of teaching；innovation of management mechanism， based on the harmonious development of the individual；focus on the training of teachers’quality，giving full play to teachers’guidance in the process of personality cultivation of cadets． Keywords：educmion in military academies，standardized management personality cultivation 2 学位论文独创性声明本人郑重声明： 学位论文独创性声明 本人郑重声明： 1、坚持以“求实、创新刀的科学精神从事研究工作。 2、本论文是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作和取得的研究成 果。 3、本论文中除
