Abstract: Non-invasive micro-test technique (NMT) is a kind of selective microelectrode technique which can
get the information on concentration, fl ux rate and three-dimensional movement of ions or molecules going in
or out of the samples without any damages. The technique has the advantages of being non-invasive, long-term,
multi-electrodes, high resolution, high sensitivity and multi-angle measurement etc. NMT can aid scientists to
obtain physiological characteristics and life activity rules of the tested samples that are diffi cult to be detected
