西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1页 摘 要 一 用航空安全与国家和人民的利益关系重大，尤其对国家形象有着重要 的 ≮茹本 丈从航空安全管理的角度对保证航空安全，预防航空事故做了比较全 面的论述。文章按照查找问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路，前两章首先介 绍世界民用航空安全研究的发展与现状，指出我国民航安全管理现存的主要 问题。第三、四章重点介绍事故树分析的方法及其在民航安全管理中的应用。 第五章从人机工程，机组决策与配合，人的生理、心理等方面全面论述了民 航安全管理中人因的研究和应用。通过对问题的分析总结，第六章提出航空 安全管理的方法，建议主要采取四个方面的措施： 1．建立多渠道报告制度，扩大事故统计面。 2．引入事故树分柝法建立科学的事故分析体系并用人因的观点分析问 题。 3．建立科学合理的规章体系。 4．重视人为因素的研究，紧紧围绕人这一要素开展安全管理工作。 第～点着重解决事故统计分析有关统计方面的问题。后三点着重于事故 原因分析与预防措施的制定。事故树分析的结果表明人为因素是现代航空事 故最重要的因素。因此，人为因素的研究是保证航空安全的重中之重，也是 法，‰提高民航安全水平服务。卜_[本文的目的在于理清事故瓮析、预防的思路，介绍事故分析、预防的方睁 本文的重点。 关键词航空安全 人为因素 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1 I页 Abstract The safetv of civil aviation is important to the national and people’s benefit，especially to the reputation of nation． This thesis discusses roundly aviation safety from the viewpoint of aviation safety management．It introduces first the development and actuality of vrorld civil aviation safety research，points out existing Droblems of civil aviation safety management in China．The third and fourth chapters discuss mainly the of fauit tree analysis and it’s application in aviation safety management．The fifth chapter discusses roundly the human factors research and application from aspects of human factors engineering，crew decision and coordination， human physiology and psychology．Next the thesis proposes three aviatjon safety management after analyzlng： 1．Establishes multi-channel reporting system expand the scope of accident statistics． 2．Establishes sound accident analysis system by introducing fault analysis and analyze accident from the viewpoint of human factors． 3．Improves human factors research，develops safety management centered human The first resolves mainly the problem of accident statistics． The 1ast emphasize accident analysis and prevention．The of fault analysis indicates that．human factors the imDortant factor in modern aviation accidents．So human factors research is the important aviation safety，and is the keystone of
