摘 摘 要 随着资源短缺和环境恶化等问题的日益突现，可持续发展已成为许多国家的发 展战略。废旧家电同益增多，许多国家都从可持续发展的角度建立了废旧家电逆向 物流系统，废旧家电逆向物流对可持续发展至关重要。我国作为一个家电生产和消 费大国，正面临着大量的废旧家电产生，并且随着产品更新换代的速度加快，废旧 家电将日益增多。可持续发展也已确定为我国的发展战略，但我国至今尚未建立一 个完善的废旧家电逆向物流系统。这主要是由于废旧家电逆向物流系统的构建中存 在着诸多的问题，也正因为这些问题，我们必须对废旧家电逆向物流系统的构建进 行激励，本文对废旧家电逆向物流系统构建的激励机制进行了论述。此外，废旧家 电逆向物流的顺利进行还需要一个适合的治理结构，本文从交易成本经济学的角度 对废旧家电逆向物流系统的治理结构进行了分析。最后，还对废旧家电逆向物流系 统规划进行了论述。 关键词： 废旧家电 逆向物流 可持续发展 激励机制 治理结构 AbstractWith Abstract With the shortage of resource and worsening of environment，sustainable development has been many countries’development strategies．Since there are more and more disused household appliance，many countries have built reverse logistics systems of disused household appliance from the sustainable development point，and reverse logistics of disused household appliance is very important to sustainable development． Being a big country ofproduction and consuming ofhousehold appliance，we are facing a large number ofdisused household appliance，and谢t11 the update ofhousehold appliance， disused household appliance problem will become more serious．Sustainable development has also been the development strategy of our country，but we haven’t built a reverse logistics system of disused—household appliance so far．The main reason is that there are manyproblemsinthebuildingofreverselogistics systemofdisusedhousehold appliance， and just because of these problems，we must motivate the building of reverse lo百sfics system of disused household appliance，so this article discusses the motivation mechanism of building a—reverse logistics system of disused household appliance． Because we need a Suitable governing structure to carry out reverse logistics of disused household appliance，we also discuss governing structure of reverse logistics of disused household appliance from transaction cost economics point．At last，we also discuss the system planning ofreverse logistics ofdisused household appliance． Key Words：Disused household appliance Sustainable development Revers
